Please note that on April 12, 2012 the NIRB released its Guide 9: Draft Guide to Exceptions from the Review Process and has invited the public to provide comments on the draft Guide by June 11, 2012. Comments should be submitted via fax to 867-983-2594 or via email to info@nirb.ca. Be advised that a finalized version of the NIRB’s Guide 9 will be posted to this site once available.
