Email to confirm that the above extension request under the AANDC authorisation N2011C0025 will 
not require a NPC conformity review.  The terms agreed to under an AANDC File N2011C0025, 
dated  October 19, 2012 are still in effect and must become part of any authorization issued.
I have attached the terms agreed to under the N2011C0025 review.
