In support of our application to have our INAC permit N2006C0008 amended and renewed, attached are PDFs of the following documents as requested by NIRB:

 

1.       The original amendment request to INAC

2.       NIRB Screening Form Part 1

3.       NIRB Screening Form Part 2

4.       1:250,000 map of the area (Part 2, question 1)

5.       MSDS sheets for drill additives

6.       2008 approved Spill Contingency Plan and Abandonment and Restoration Plan (to be reviewed for 2009).

 

These files are split into 3 separate emails due to their size.

 

The non-technical summary is awaiting final approval of some content prior to translation and will be forwarded as soon as possible. I expect it will be within a couple of days.

 

I trust these documents will meet the needs of NIRB in evaluating our application to INAC for an amendment and extension to our permit in the Back River area.
