I have attached the NPCs determination and the list of terms that the proponent agreed to as part of the conformity review. The list of terms must form part of any authorisation issued for this project proposal. The NPC has reviewed the proposed renewal application for AANDC file N2007C0039 and, based on the information provided in correspondence from AANDC dated 29 October 2012 , has determined that it does not change the scope of the originally submitted project proposal to an extent that would require an additional review by the NPC at this time. Should amendments to the project proposal be requested, the NPC would respectfully request that they be forwarded so as a determination can be made as to whether an additional conformity review is required.
