Drilling Exploration The Nunavut Planning Commission (NPC) reviewed INAC file # N2010C0008 as part of NPC file reference “INAC File # N2010C008 – Aura Silver Resources Inc. Drilling Exploration” and determined that it conformed with the Keewatin Regional Land Use Plan. I have attached the NPC’s determination and the list of terms that the proponent agreed to as part of the conformity review. The list of terms must form part of any authorisation issued for this project proposal. The NPC has reviewed the proposed extensions to INAC File #N2010C008 and, based on the information provided, has determined that it does not change the scope of the originally submitted project proposal to an extent that would require an additional review by the NPC at this time. Should amendments to the project proposal be requested , the NPC would respectfully request that they be forwarded so as a determination can be made as to whether an additional conformity review is required.
