In order to facilitate our assessment process for this project proposal, we require clarification regarding part (b) of question 1 that was not fully addressed in your response letter: “If the re-zoning has not already completed, what plans or mechanisms would be provided for the proposal in case the re-zoning process was not able to successfully complete in a way to allow the project to proceed?” We require this information to be provided in order for us to better understand what contingency plans are contemplated should the re-zoning process be unsuccessful or delayed beyond anticipated timelines.
