the project proposal as described is located outside the boundaries of the two approved land 
use plan currently administered by NPC.

No further review is required by NPC at this time.

International Laboratory, Laval University.

Marcel Babin’s research is titled “Green Edge” and is proposed to 
take place from March 9, 2015 to July 15, 2015.

As per the Scientists’ Act of Nunavut, community consultation is 
required before a Science Research License can be issued. The
