We have not commenced screening of this project. Our information indicates that this involves a renewal of a Class B permit, and as such, would be considered exempt under Schedule 12-1. Unless we hear from the Nunavut Planning Commission that they forwarded us the project proposal in accordance with 12.3.3 of the NLCA, we will likely treat it as exempt from the screening process.
