Bayridge Resources Corp. is proposing a single-season, exploration-only mineral exploration program at the Baker Lake Project, located approximately 65 km southeast of Baker Lake (Qamani’tuaq), Nunavut. Activities are planned for June 20 to September 10, 2026 (up to 100 days), subject to regulatory approvals.The proposed program includes early-stage exploration such as geological mapping, prospecting, ground-based radiometric surveys, verification of historic drill hole locations, and review of historic drill core. Subject to permit approval and early-stage results, up to 3,500 metres of diamond drilling may be completed. No bulk sampling, ore extraction, mineral processing, mine development, or permanent infrastructure is proposed.The project will operate on a daily fly-in / fly-out basis from Baker Lake using fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Personnel will stay in commercial accommodations in Baker Lake. One small, temporary exploration outpost may be established at a previously disturbed historic site to support drilling activities. The outpost will consist of temporary fuel storage with secondary containment and canvas tents for core logging, emergency shelter, and equipment storage. All infrastructure will be temporary and removed at the end of the season, and disturbed areas will be reclaimed.The project is designed to minimize environmental effects through established management plans addressing wildlife protection, spill response, waste management, and reclamation. Activities will avoid sensitive wildlife areas, incorporate adaptive measures if caribou are present, and follow applicable setback requirements from waterbodies. The proponent will continue engagement with the Hamlet of Baker Lake, the Hunters and Trappers Organization, and the Kivalliq Inuit Association throughout project planning and implementation.
