Calvin Ehaloak

Calvin Ehaloak was born and raised in Cambridge Bay, he joined the NIRB in October 2021, as the Environmental Administrator. Calvin loves the outdoors and learned to live off the land at a very young age. This is what caught his interest in the Environmental field. Calvin enrolled in the Environmental Technology Program in Iqaluit and graduated with a diploma in 2020. Prior to working with the NIRB, he started his career at the Canadian High Arctic Research Station as a summer student. He also worked for the Department of Environment in the Conservation Office as a summer student for 2 summers. On his own time, Calvin likes to spend time out camping and hunting with family and friends.
