Ryan is temporarily serving as Interim Executive Director for May 2024, having previously worked with the Board from Cambridge Bay for 13 years and served as Executive Director from 2011-2020 and Interim Executive Director from July 2023 – January 2024. Ryan holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and has extensive experience in public outreach, northern policy development and impact assessment theory and practice. He works remotely from his home in Prince Edward Island, which he shares with his partner Matilde and his daughters Sofia and Alice.
