Brydon is originally from Winnipeg MB. He has worked at the NIRB since August 2019. Brydon speaks English and is looking forward to learning some Inuinnaqtun with his Common-law. The Environmental Technologists duties include maintaining the NIRB’s as well as the Nunavut Marine Council’s website, looking after the sound and interpretation gear, dealing with Access to Information and Privacy requests and helping Technical Services to verify information and populate data on the public registry. Brydon has taken multiple courses in HTML/CSS (web developing) and has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with sound gear. You can usually find Brydon at the Hall when live bands come to town, he’ll be operating the mixing board or recording the show.
