Cassel is originally from Bathurst Inlet, NU and speaks English with some understanding of Inuinnaqtun. Cassel has been with the Nunavut Impact Review Board since April 2018 as an Environmental Administrator and now occupies the Manager, Public Registry. Cassel’s work focuses on managing the NIRB Public Registry and ensuring all official NIRB correspondence is sufficient for publication. Cassel enjoys hunting, fishing, and travelling, she tries to spend time in Bathurst Inlet with her family as much as she can.
